Here are a few of the screens, in thumbnail
form, that are contained in the Collectors Photo Organiser
database program ..... if you click on any one of them you
will be taken to the full screen version ..... where you can
see it in detail ....

This is the Main Screen where you would expect
to type in your Collection details .... where you
would make a 'Find' or 'Finds' .... Type Notes ....
insert your own scanned Pictures .... and do any
other recording of your details .... we have added
three spare fields for you to use for anything of
your choosing should you have an extra need ....
what could be easier !!!

This is the 'Brief Tables Screen' ..... a form
of Spreadsheet .... where after having done a
'Find' giving a number of items, you can see the
whole range found .... and by scrolling the screen
sideways you are able to look at all your data and
make any comparisons for Date, Cost, Insurance
Values etc. .... even your Notes.

This thumbnail image is that of the 'Print
Screen' .... and will show you the many buttons for
printing out your indivdual reports ..... Having
found your data and seen it all on the 'Brief
Tables Screen' you will want to see the various
forms that it can take .... go to 'Print Screen'
and click on the desired button ....

Here is a typical report .... for your data to
be seen in 'Insurance Details' form .... you can
then go to 'File' then 'Print' to print out the
whole data if you require it .... or move back to
'Print Screen' and look at your data in another
form .... say in 'General Details' .... 'Three
Photos' etc. ....so easy to use ....
eh!!!!
