Welcome
This is the Brief Tables
Screen, where you can see all of your basic "Found" details
of your Collection .... you can also enter or alter data if
you wish .... As you can see, it is clearly laid out with
many of the buttons and menu to be found on the Main Screen
.... this can be very useful when say, entering a lot of
repeat data .... such as the same Date Purchased, Insurance,
etc. .... thereby saving monotonous typing over and over
again .... another feature for making our program very easy
to use.
There is also a 'Full Tables Screen' which is similar but which contains every field on the database ... requiring you to scroll sideways to make your comparisons, but in similar fashion .... again, you can enter details in any of the fields and which will be saved automatically throughout the database, without you having to go and fill them in in other sections .... clever, eh!!!
As mentioned in the thumbnail section .... by being in any of the Tables Screen it is much easier to make comparisons of your Collection .... to put it in the order you require e.g. alphabetical order, item order, date purchased order etc..... There is an EASY Help System that shows you how to use these features ....
